CARRIERSAFETYDATA IS A PRIVATELY OWNED COMMERCIAL INFORMATION SERVICE. WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH, ENDORSED BY, OR OPERATED BY THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (US DOT), THE FEDERAL MOTOR CARRIER SAFETY ADMINISTRATION (FMCSA), OR ANY STATE ENFORCEMENT AGENCY.

Data presented on this site represents historical public roadside inspection records and census filings. Under 49 CFR Part 385, an official federal safety rating (Satisfactory, Conditional, Unsatisfactory) is only issued following a comprehensive formal compliance review or safety audit by federal or state officials. Roadside inspection violation metrics and mathematical comparisons do not constitute formal legal safety ratings.

CarrierSafetyData makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of public records transcribed from federal databases. Freight brokers, shippers, and underwriters must independently corroborate all operating authority and insurance filings directly through official FMCSA systems prior to executing contracts.
